I believe my issue is more in my nasal cavity so these do absolutely nothing for me. The item was good enough quality, but unfortunately for me, it doesn't do what I bought it for

Ordered towards the end of Nov 2020. Took a while to arrive. Not for me, so not tested yet. Updated. When used breathing is better....snoring is worse !

Good quality but they are a bit big,it hurts to push them all the way ,they do work but it should be more sizes to choose from
