I ordered two such soap dishes in white, one slides out well, the other is jamming on something and doesn't open all the way, I checked this simple device, everything seems to be in place, but it doesn't work.

One white soap dish works well, the second one doesn't open all the way, apparently it's defective, I couldn't fix it.
