The product arrived in a dented box, but undamaged. The filter does not have a water flow direction arrow. From the photo on the website, it seems that it filters from the outside to the inside. Or does it not matter how to install it? One star was removed for this.

In the photo, the cartridge in the packaging was purchased separately, and the one without the packaging was removed from the filter. The difference is visible in the hole; the original has a mesh. The additional cartridge simply has a hole. Time will tell which one is better.
