Product Introduction
Yamada Industrial's woks are crafted using a method called "hammering." Each wok is hammered thousands of times.
Hammering is a process in which a flat sheet of iron is pressed into shape, then repeatedly hammered by a special machine equipped with a hammer. The wok is then manually rotated and shaped to create a perfect pot.
Because each wok is handmade using this hammering method, there may be small scratches, welding marks, or scuff marks.
Due to the manufacturing process, manufacturing marks may remain on the surface of the product, which may initially appear to be scratches.
Additionally, the high heat used to weld the handle may cause color variations and peeling of the black skin. However, this does not affect the quality of the product, so please use it with confidence.

●*Please always preheat the wok before first use*
●As the "preheating" instruction suggests, place the wok on the stove and heat it without adding any ingredients.
●Please note: Do not leave the wok unattended. Cook evenly, even to the edges of the pot.
● When you start cooking, the surface will turn black, then gray. It's done.
● Once the pot has cooled a little, wash it with a scrubbing brush in hot water. (You can also use detergent.) Using a steel scrubbing brush will scratch it.
● Next, season the pot. Add plenty of oil to the pot and fry the vegetable scraps. Do this throughout the pot.
● Discard the vegetable scraps and rinse the pot with hot water before using it again.
● The handles will get hot, so do not hold them directly. Wrap them in a towel or similar. Be careful not to expose the towel to heat.
● *Care Instructions*
● After cooking, wash the pot with hot water and a scrubbing brush.
● If any burnt food gets on the pot, scrape it off with a steel scrubbing brush.
● It's easier to remove burnt food if you put it in hot water while the pot is still slightly hot.
● After that, drain the pot completely, coat it with oil, and store it. Failure to oil the pot will cause it to rust.
● To completely remove all moisture, heat the pot on the stove for a short time. This will evaporate the water, but be careful not to burn yourself when applying oil.
● After the pot has cooled slightly, apply oil to the underside as well.
● If rust does occur, you can remove it by rubbing it with fine-grained paper, but the rubbed area will be prone to burning, so heat the pot on the stove (the rubbed area will turn blue) and then apply oil.
