This new series of instructional books on tea ceremony has been published to reaffirm the Urasenke tea ceremony system. It is a 25-volume series, each categorized according to the stages of tea ceremony in Urasenke tea ceremony. With newly taken photographs of all the tea ceremony steps and an easy-to-read, full-color layout, the books provide a detailed and meticulous introduction to the basics. Volume 13 includes tea ceremony techniques for the hofukusha (bamboo cloth), neriko-ten (inner-shaped tea utensils), bonkogo (incense containers), and otsu-bukuro (small bags), both for the furo (brass) and ro (ro).
