I have two of these, both 30A. One has a fan, and the other one hasn't. ?? The fan can be a bit annoying if it's going to be used close to you.

Sit well features super.super!!!!!!!
Top quality, gladly again
I ordered two more units from other sellers, but this one is the highest quality, both in terms of the case and the filling. The maximum voltage is 14.8 volts, the minimum is 11.11 volts. I did not check the maximum current, but when connected to a discharged battery, it easily produces 20 amperes. The capacitors at the output are installed at 25 volts, which will allow you to redesign the unit for a voltage of up to 15.25 volts for the charger without replacing them. The only drawback is that the fan runs constantly, and not depending on the temperature as written on the case (although this is not so bad) and in addition, it is also quite noisy. However, if you build the unit into some kind of charger case, it may not be so noisy, or you will need to reduce its supply voltage. I recommend buying it.
Device arrived damaged. All corners to attach device are folded and the side is full of dents and a lot of caps (deep scratches) in it. When testing the power supply it appears not to work, it jumps on and off continuously, no voltage comes out!
cold soldering of a 680mF 250V capacitor that probably just fell off during transportation, soldering it back in place is useless, the power supply is not working.
Beaten in the corners.
OK
