The bag is nice and looks well made. However, the shoulder strap arrived defective. One of the clasps (carabiners) is missing, so the strap cannot be attached to the bag properly. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.

The bag is really well made. Inside we find two chains: the classic long interwoven one with black details and the shorter silver shoulder one. The zippers are incredible and the logo is made very well. I think it's the best purchase for the price

The packaging arrived all torn, the packaging arrived smelling bad, but otherwise the suitcase arrived well
