A lot of plastic. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold well for me because the edge on the table is too low. A shame.

I use it a lot, it helps me a lot for my arm when working, it's great

Everything is as in the photo. Arrived well packed. Everything intact. It attaches to the table quite firmly, although if a slightly larger surface were to fit on the table, it would be better, it would attach more firmly.. I'm thin, but even under the weight of my hand it sags a little. It can hardly withstand a man's hand.

One has already broken at the base...it couldn't hold the weight of a woman's, not at all thick, hands...but a very good idea, the base would be more reliable if it were metal...in our house, we have a meat grinder from 1936 - the mount (identical to this one) still hasn't broken...
