◆Standard Time Radio Clock
This clock receives radio waves carrying accurate time information and automatically corrects the displayed time.
When in use,
place it near a window where it can receive radio waves most effectively,
and avoid locations where radio noise is generated.
●When not receiving a radio wave, the clock operates with quartz precision.
●Please note that accurate reception may be impaired in the following locations:
- Inside a building, between buildings, or underground.
- Near high-voltage lines, television towers, or overhead train lines.
- Near home appliances or office equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, air purifiers, computers, and fax machines.
- Locations where radio interference occurs, such as construction sites, near airports, or heavy traffic.
- Inside vehicles (cars, trains, airplanes, etc.).
- Near other sources of radio noise.
- On or near metal furniture such as steel desks.
*Reception may be possible even outside of reception areas, depending on conditions.
◆ Sleep Second Hand
The light sensor automatically stops the second hand at 12 o'clock when the watch is darker than a certain level.
This feature offers benefits such as improved reception sensitivity due to the elimination of noise during radio wave reception and longer battery life.
◆ Low Battery Warning
The watch will notify you when the battery is running low. There are two types: one where the second hand stops at 12 o'clock, and one where a low-battery indicator appears on the digital LCD screen.
◆ Wall-Mounting Hardware Included
Wood screws (for wooden posts and thick wooden walls) and a hanging bracket for drywall are included. Please use the appropriate hardware for the wall structure you are hanging the watch on.
The included hanging hardware cannot be used on concrete or other types of walls. Please purchase commercially available hanging hardware.
