ORINPAS High Polymer Nano Saddle and Deluxe Specification Nano Polymer Black - Durable, Scratch-Resistant, Tear-Resistant, Deterioration-Resistant - -

Spring-reinforced, slightly thicker than OS-01 for improved cushioning, tear-resistant, and durable, eco-friendly saddle. 1. Highly resistant to tearing: When a blade is applied with a load of 100G in a test machine: Synthetic leather saddle = cut in 3 passes PVC injection molded saddle = cut in 3 passes Polymer nanomaterial saddle = cut in 14 passes (this product) *Outstanding durability 2. Highly resistant to punctures: When tested in a test machine: Synthetic leather saddle = tears and a hole is made at 132.9N PVC injection molded saddle = tears and a hole is made at 138N Polymer nanomaterial saddle = does not tear, only scratches are made at 248N (this product) 3. Highly resistant to wear and tear. When a 1500G weight was applied using a testing machine: Synthetic leather saddle = damaged after 500 cycles PVC injection molded saddle = damaged after 500 cycles Polymer nanomaterial saddle = slightly damaged after 1500 cycles (this product) 4. Resistant to deterioration even at high temperatures Under conditions of high temperature (80°C) and high humidity (85%) Synthetic leather saddle = discolors and hardens in 7-10 days PVC injection molded saddle = discolors and hardens in 7-10 days Polymer nanomaterial saddle = discolors and hardens in 21 days or more (this product) In addition, in tests for 5. cold resistance, 6. resistance to repeated bending, and 7. flame retardancy, it has been proven to perform better than other saddles in all of these tests.
