The order reached me very quickly, after 3 days. The phone works, but I'm not using it yet because it's a backup phone. It was very well packaged. It arrived undamaged. The set includes a lanyard and a charger cable, but the charger itself is missing. It is large and heavy, but this was stated in the description, so there is no surprise.
