"Hongo, can you feel this wind?" The Shin Cyclone, the machine piloted by Kamen Rider No. 2+1 from Shin Kamen Rider, has been made into a 3D model in SH. Based on the setting materials, the design of this high-performance machine, an evolved and strengthened version of the Cyclone, has been faithfully reproduced. Clear parts are used for the screen, and it is painted in a way that changes color depending on the angle, just like the image in the movie. The body is also painted in a distinctive metallic red. Additionally, as a bonus part, it comes with a Kamen Rider No. 2+1 handheld mask that can be used in conjunction with the separately sold SH Kamen Rider No. 2+1/Ichimonji Hayato.
