My order was 500m 0.20 mm 25lb strong what I received is in the photo 500m 0.203mm 6.49lb. Have ordered many things from Joom it is the 1st coming wrong. If I knew that the strength is so low I would not buy the item..... Joom has examined my claim and waiting a full refund to arrive. They haven't asked for the wrong product back which is surprising. Many thanks for the prompt problem resolution.
