Winter Warm Women Velvet Thicker Jacket Plaid Shirt Style Coat Casual Outerwear

This is the second time I ordered this jacket. The first time I ordered a size medium which is what I wear. I am 5'1" tall and weigh 115 lbs. The mediuyom is so small I cannot get it on. So hard to send it back, I ordered a large size. It's hard to get on and I cannot get it closed enough to button it. Also, first time I took it out of the package the top button fell off. I am so disappointed with Zoom that I would like everyone to know I will not be ordering from you again. I am also going to put my opinion of you on Facebook if you don't help me with this. Measuring is out of the question. I guess I know my size and that neither of these jackets fit. I really thought you were a better company than that. Let me know what you want to do about this problem. This is the large, and the medium. Both are too small.

The coat is georgous. I just can't get both arms in it. Way too small. I wear a small or medium size shirt. Ordered a medium, it feels like a child's. I am trying to return this one. I just ordered another one in a large size. Sure hope this one works

To say it was supposed to be a adults XXL it fits a friend's 15 year old perfectly was very disappointed
