l'apparecchio è difettoso, non apre lo slot per la sim card, non aggiorna le date, non funzionano le impostazioni. Chiedo di poterlo restituire. la sostituzione o il rimborso. The device is defective: it does not open the SIM card slot, does not update the dates, and the settings do not work. I would like to return it and request a replacement or, alternatively, a refund.
