I ordered Color 44 but Joom sent me Color 31 which doesn't fit at all. Scarf ordered as a gift.Very disappointed and upset!!! The quality of the product is not bad.

The scarf is of good quality, very soft and warm, but I ordered scarf T10, which is a scarf in a beautiful check pattern, and I received a completely different scarf - a white scarf with stripes along the edge. Such a scarf does not match my clothes at all. For comparison, I am attaching photos of both scarves: the T10 scarf I ordered and the scarf I received.
