Marinate meat with content of this packet for 15 mins. Heat a saucepan. Add vegetable oil and brown the meat. Add more water enough to cover the meat. Lower the heat. Let it simmer until meat is tender. Leave small amout of sauce in.

Recipe: Thai Braised Beef 1. Slice 1/2 Kg, beef sirloin into equal pieces. 2. Marinate with contents of this packet for 15 minutes. 3. Heat a saucepan and add 4 tablespoons vegetable oil. Brown the meat. 4. Add more water enough to cover the meat. Lower the heat. 5. Cover the saucepan and simmer until meat is tender, leaving small quantity of sauce. Turn a few times and serve.
