This is the first time I've used Joom and I am very impressed. From ordering to delivery in the UK took just 10 days. Tracking is perfect with every stage being recorded. As for the watch itself, I am very impressed (and surprised) at the quality. The watch comes in a branded box, that would not look out of place for a watch 4 times the price! It even comes with a tool to remove additional strap links should it be required. (I used this myself and saved £15 at the jewellers!). It remains to be seen how long the watch lasts, but so far, I am delighted with my purchase. Highly recommended.
