Unfortunately I'm very upset. Now I have ordered winter jackets for the second time (different ones) and again they are much too small, even though I took them in 3xl. (my size is XL for these jackets. They look very nice and are warm, but they are of no use to me. It's a shame, I'll probably never order anything from joom again!!!!!
