2 mandolins without eyes, and one is completely defective - the front ring is displaced to the side near the eyes. How could such an obvious defect be sent?

I haven't used it yet, but I think it's a great bait. What are my impressions? It looks like a normal bait, but I don't know how it will be when fishing.
