I didn't buy it for myself, so I can't say anything about pain relief. I cut off a small piece, applied it, and after an hour it started to sting. I removed it after three hours, there were no marks.
I haven't noticed if it reduces inflammation yet, but it definitely relieves pain. Without a warming effect.
The external appearance is good, I hope for results.
