How to use the product: Peel off one patch and apply it to the inside of your wrist or a clean, dry vein area. The patch can be left on for up to 12 hours. Is everything done? Remove the patch and discard it.

Ingredients: Caffeine 15mg, green tea (camellia sinsensis) extract, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), adhesive and latex free.
