How to Use Spray an appropriate amount evenly onto the skin or hair. For the body and hair, spray from approximately 10–15 cm away and spread evenly as needed. For use on the face, do not spray directly onto the face; dispense into the palm first and apply evenly. Reapply frequently to maintain UV protection, especially after sweating or wiping the skin.
