Good day, please inform me how I can complain about a jacket purchased from you when the sleeves, i.e. the cuffs, are made of a terrible material that peels terribly and is not suitable for wearing.

I ordered a camel jacket, as in the first photo. It came in black. The jacket is not bad, but I already have several jackets and they are all black . The support service refunded half of the money. Thank you.
