I found the best price for this product on Joom. The shipping has been acceptably fast and postage included. Information received from the product tracking at all times in the app. The coffee maker looks and looks fantastic, it came well protected and although there were dents in the outer packaging, it has not affected the operation of the equipment. Lacking long-term usage experience, I must say that I love the coffee maker, it looks very good, it barely vibrates, it is quiet and has the features I wanted to make all kinds of coffees manually or in barista style.. I especially like that I have portafilters for preparing unpressurized coffees.

The set arrived incomplete despite the rapid shipping times. I have been contacting customer service for two days to report the problem without receiving any response from customer service. The missing item is the Tamper.
