This laminated cutting board is made by Yamaken, the manufacturer of the first plastic cutting board in Japan. It's the choice of professionals for its ease of use as a commercial plastic cutting board.
When it gets old, you can easily peel it off one by one by inserting a knife into the layer, making it hygienic.
You can use different ones for different ingredients (meat, fish, vegetables, etc.), which prevents the smell of the ingredients from transferring.
Yamagata Chemical has 50 years of experience in making cutting boards, and has found the perfect raw materials for cutting boards, so you can rest assured that they are ``MADE IN JAPAN.''
A "surface sticker" is attached to the front of the laminated cutting board.
