3.8cm deep pan

The frying surface is 26.8 cm, the depth of the frying surface is 4.2 cm and not what was stated 3.8. Both electrical plugs did not fit, so I had not used it yet and I neither dare nor can use this product either! Waiting for a refund ! The swing arm is wobbly, sits very loosely, the plastic that holds the top and bottom together, I just hope it holds and doesn't crack after a few uses. But I want to return this, now I just hope it's faster to get the return slip! This actually didn't look exactly the same as in the picture
