How to use After cleansing and toning, open the pouch and remove the upper and lower hydrogel sheets, peeling off the clear films. Apply the upper sheet around the eyes and nose and the lower sheet around the mouth, leave on for 20–30 minutes until the gel becomes more transparent, then remove and rinse off any remaining residue with lukewarm water.​
