This is a special package for the Elgrand (E51 series/Switch Type 1) that includes a dedicated harness and installation instructions. There is no need to cut the vehicle wiring. The mirrors will fold when the doors are locked and unfold when the ACC is on (vehicle dependent). By changing the wiring, you can also fold the mirrors with the ACC off.
