An all-new story from the legendary OVA "Megazone 23" is now available as a murder mystery. Through this work, players will experience the "official story" that connects parts 1 and 2 of the OVA.

A terrorist bomb attack occurs across Tokyo's 23 wards, resulting in tens of thousands of casualties. Five men and women are caught up in the incident and flee to a safe zone. However, the area is surrounded by the military, with guns pointed at them. They are given three hours to escape. If they do not find the terrorist who has blended in with the civilians, they will all be killed. The five players race to find the terrorists, desperate to survive, but will they be able to uncover the truth?
