How to use the product: Be sure to take it only according to the product instructions. Apply once daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Squeeze the cream into the palm of your hand and apply it to your chest, stomach, inner arms, or thighs, then rub in a circular motion. Do not use for more than 3 weeks per month.
