This is an outer layer Gore-Tex waterproof jacket designed with a relaxed fit that allows for mid-layers like down and fleece underneath. The traditional mountain jacket design has been reinterpreted in a modern way to accommodate the optimal pocket angles for trekking with a backpack. It effectively blocks wind and rain while allowing sweat to escape for maintained comfort.
