Manhwa Pearlboy Jooha Dooshik Korean Comic Fan Stuffed 20cm Cotton Doll Plush Toy Birthday Presents for Boys and Girls

Hello, I received the wrong item for order JVNJ2YM6. I ordered the plush toy shown in this order for €58.54, but I received a different Cookie Run plush toy instead. I would like to receive the correct item I ordered. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of €58.54. I can provide photos of the received item, the parcel and the shipping label. Thank you.

Didn't look how it did in the picture whe I asked for a refund they said I had to return it and pay for it so I did and then they denied my refund because it was sent to the wrong delivery address when I had the postal service send it back to the return address on the parcel and now I have no way to get my money back £32 wasted

The quality of this plus was so not what was advertised. The picture on the right is what I got vs the left which is what I purchased. Yes they look close enough to be the same character but the left is obviously of a much higher quality.

I purchased this plush doll. When I received it, it came without clothes. It would helpful if you stated that the plush dolls came with out clothes and where they could be bought so the doll can be dressed.

Delivery time was as stated and arrived in time for Christmas. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, so very disappointed. However, communication was good and a full refund was given within a few days.

I ordered the plushie but now it has come it doesn't have the clothing I was shown in the picture, all it came with was a large crocheted jumper which doesn't match the Gothic look he has

Totally nothing like the description and presentation. Exactly same model could have goten from my country for a 3rd of the price. Very disapointed.

There should be a way to communicate with the sellers on this app... only two of my plushies have the skzoo tag... still beautiful though
