The bag is great, true to the photos and size shown. I got the large 40, which fits an extra-large laptop perfectly, with space to spare. The material is what you expect for the price, but overall it's not bad. It is a bit squeaky, but I gave it a wipe down. It stopped squeaking. Delivery from China to the UK took about a week and a half, so I really can’t complain at this great price.

the bag received does not match at allllll what was ordered!!! my daughter and I are really disappointed, at this price, I received a handbag, of dubious style (see photo). She was waiting for him with so much impatience :'( Once the customer service was found, and with a little time, the full refund was indeed accepted, another 14 days of patience to receive the money in my account, but it should work. You can also choose to have it as credit on Joom for other purchases, which makes the money available more quickly, but for now, I'm still wary :'(

The bag is not real leather I paid 37€ for a bag that is worth 8€. and it smells bad.
