The heater arrived without the heat shrink tubes on the wire contacts:(((. Will have to look for them. How do they put it in the package like that??? All these products are visible in the warehouses and that whoever put it in took one heater without heat shrink tubes from the pile of normal ones and didn't see - well, it's funny.
