Flower Head Detachment Issue:
If the flower head detaches during transportation, simply pick up the flower head, find the detached stem, and insert it directly.
Regarding deformed flower heads and leaves: If flower heads and leaves are deformed during transportation, the first method is to gently dampen the flower head or leaves with a clean, damp cloth, then gently dry them with a hairdryer (if using hot air, do not get too close).
The second method is to arrange the flowers by hand and then place them in a vase. Generally, they will gradually return to their original shape within 7-10 days.
Regarding bent flower stems: For some flowers, due to excessively long stems, we may fold the stems in half. Usually, there is a flexible wire inside the stem. In this case, simply straighten the stem; it will not affect the growth of the flower.
