Made in Japan Traditional Late '60s Jazzmaster® uses a gloss finish basswood body with 21 vintage-style frets, and a 9.5-inch radius “U” shaped maple neck provides classical playability unique to the Traditional series. The 6-saddle vintage-style bridge with floating tremolo tailpiece and the original pickup selected for the Traditional series play realistic, musical vintage tones. The narrowly designed nut width makes it easy for Japanese players to play. This product is a reissue of a product that uses a block position inlay with a binding applied to the neck, which has been used since the late 60s.
