🍵【Not compatible with induction cooktops】This product is designed for direct flame cooking only. *However, it can be with induction cooktops that are compatible with the base size of this product (7.5cm in diameter). 🍵【Regarding the rust-preventive lacquer coating on the inside】The lacquer coating has been for a long time as a manufacturing method for Nambu ironware to suppress rust. It is intended to prevent rust in the initial stages of use, and will gradually wear off with use. 🍵【Use with rust in mind】 Always use up all the water boiled over an open flame and dry it completely without leaving any inside. Do not touch the inside and let the limescale build up to "season" the iron kettle. ⚠️【Red rust is normal】 However, red rust will inevitably appear with prolonged use. As limescale accumulates and covers the rust, it will produce smoother-tasting water. ⚠️【Please note the purchase location】Kitsusako is operated by Daily Central Center. Please understand that we cannot guarantee product information if purchased elsewhere. 🍵【Regarding Volume Labeling】While the 800ml labeling is the industry standard for the volume when full, the actual amount is approximately 600ml.
