Introduction
The world has Warp and Squarepusher...
Here in Japan, we have Revirth and Numb!!!
Revirth, the label that launched in 1997, supported the heyday of the domestic breakbeat/electronic music scene. After being forced to suspend operations in 2006 due to various circumstances, it relaunched in 2011 with the reissue of three masterpieces. Now, the man who is synonymous with Revirth has finally completed his long-awaited new album, his first in six years since 2006's "Kuu." Its unique and overwhelming sound, polyrhythmic development, depth, and a sense of danger lurking beneath its stoic sonic depths. This aggressive sound, more than ever before enveloped in electronic sounds, is by no means exaggerated; it is a monumental work in electronic music that will resonate worldwide.
