Product Description (Overview)
The ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight milky-toner formulated to deeply hydrate skin, even out dullness, and deliver a “glass-skin” glow. With about 70% rice bran water as its base, it nourishes, brightens, and helps balance skin’s moisture and oil levels — making it ideal as the first moisturizing step right after cleansing.
Key Features
Brightening & Radiance: High concentration of rice bran water plus niacinamide work to even out skin tone and reduce dullness for a brighter, radiant complexion.
Barrier & Moisture Support: Includes ceramides and rice-derived proteins (ANUA Rice Cera-Protein) to strengthen the skin barrier and lock in moisture.
Hydrating & Soothing: Features humectants and soothing agents like glycerin, panthenol, betaine, and allantoin to deliver quick hydration and calm sensitive or irritated skin.
Light, Non-Sticky Finish: The milky, emulsion-like texture absorbs fast without greasiness — suitable for layering under serums and moisturizers for both day and night routines.
Suitable for Many Skin Types: Fragrance-free and tested as suitable even for acne-prone or sensitive skin.
How to Use
After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount of the milky toner onto a cotton pad or your palms. Gently pat or sweep it across your face (and neck if desired) to help absorption. Then follow with your serum and moisturizer. Use daily — morning and/or evening.
