Center-balanced metal jig for slow jigging
What is slow jigging?
Slow jigging is a fishing method that deliberately entices fish by showing them the lure's action and silhouette, as opposed to the traditional high-speed jigging (high-pitch short jerks and high-speed short jerks) that focuses on reflex-induced bites.
This method, considered by most to be a low-yield method for high-speed jigging, is likely to lead to poor results because the fish are more likely to see through the lure. However, it has proven highly successful in actual fishing, and for some reason, it also has a high chance of catching large fish, making it a popular fishing method among some anglers.
However, it is also true that the balance of the jig and the length of the rod are closely related to successfully using slow jigging.
