When the upper wings of the secondary wings are pulled up, the lower wings also deploy in tandem. By making full use of the mobility of the "Wing Binders," you can recreate atmospheric re-entry poses. The first in the MGSD series, it features a variable mechanism. It can recreate two "Neo Bird Mode" forms: "Outer Atmospheric Mode" with the main wings folded, and "Atmospheric Mode" with the main wings deployed. Each armor part is equipped with a deployment gimmick.
In addition to the units on the sides of the head deploying, when the upper part of the shoulder armor is raised, the lower armor deploys in tandem, exposing the silver parts inside.
