【Important】Please Read Before Purchasing
Thank you for choosing our store. To ensure a smooth transaction and your satisfaction, please review the following important information.
✈️ About Shipping
All items are shipped directly from Japan.
🔌 【Important】Electronics & Voltage Warning
The standard voltage in Japan is 100V. Using Japanese electronics in regions with 220V-240V without proper equipment can cause severe damage, malfunction, or fire.
⚠️ You MUST use a "Voltage Transformer."
Voltage Difference: Japan uses 100V. Connecting these devices directly to high-voltage outlets (e.g., Europe, Asia) will destroy the device immediately.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
Adapter Caution: A simple "plug adapter" only changes the shape of the plug; it does NOT change the voltage. Damages caused by using the device without a transformer are NOT covered by warranty or refunds.
Global/Free-Voltage: Products labeled "Input: 100-240V" (e.g., many laptop or smartphone chargers) can be used safely with just a plug adapter.
🏭 Manufacturer Warranty
All our products are 100% authentic items sourced through official Japanese channels.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties are valid only within Japan. We generally cannot accept repair requests or provide warranty services internationally.
Manuals: Product manuals and packaging are primarily in Japanese.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges, and Disclaimers
Product Defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact JOOM Customer Support immediately.
📦 Regarding Outer Packaging Damage
Due to the nature of international shipping, the outer box may sustain dents or scratches during transit. If the product itself is intact, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based solely on packaging damage. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed), international return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
We are dedicated to bringing high-quality Japanese products to customers worldwide. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!
