★Interest Color Series★: Stylish red is now available♪ 3L size, perfect for partitions! ⛺Size (approx.) = 200 x 150cm / 1220g Fabric = Japanese light canvas (produced according to JIS standard L3102) (paraffin processing = strong water repellency) Sewing processing = Iwate region [MADE IN IWATE] ●This is the "rugged" and "tough" "Third Generation Survive Sheet," planned, developed, and produced entirely in Japan, from high-quality light (thin) canvas to paraffin processing and product finishing. It is specially designed for durability and water repellency so that it can withstand a wide range of uses such as leisure, outdoors, camping, and the sea. Its outstanding lightness makes it ideal for hiking and camping. When you hold it in your hands, you will feel the confidence of a Japanese-made product. *3L and 4L sizes have fabric seams. *Vintage processing (wrinkles and chalk marks) is applied so that you can enjoy the feeling of use from the moment you receive it. *Although it is water repellent, it is not waterproof, so water may seep in if pressure is applied.
⛺Features ①Made in Japan●Fabric is produced domestically based on JIS standard L3102.The third-generation Survive Sheet, made of high-quality light canvas achieved through a special manufacturing method and treated with paraffin, maintains high quality.Although JIS standard L3102 has been abolished, HOBI canvas is produced using this strict standard for thread composition, density, weight, etc., in order to maintain high performance. The sturdy, thick, and firm canvas that has been used since the Edo period is used for military tents, emergency stretchers, judo uniforms, etc., and is an environmentally friendly 100% cotton material that is very tear-resistant.It is very lightweight yet can be used roughly and without any problems, and will not budge even when wrapped around and lifted with a bundle of firewood. The special paraffin (waxing) treatment achieves high water repellency and develops a vintage look the more it is used. This sheet is useful in various scenes and locations outdoors, camping, and solo.
⛺Feature ② Four Grommets ●The grommets are installed at all four corners of the sheet, allowing them to be used for securing the sheet or as a windbreak. Depending on the weather and installation location, you can thread commercially available poles or branches through the grommets to create a private sheet, windbreak, or sandbreak. The grommets are thick, with a diameter of 2.2 cm, so you can drive pegs into them firmly, and they won't bend or stretch even with heavy use. You can also use the 100 cm width as a tarp by using ropes, etc.
⛺Feature ③: Highly Water-Repellent Paraffin Processing ●By immersing high-quality Japanese-made canvas, dyed with dyes, in wax, a large amount of wax can penetrate deeply into the fabric's interior and crevices. This results in a fabric that is smooth and pleasant to the touch, yet durable and long-lasting—a unique feature not found in other fabrics (surface-only wax coatings are hard, brittle, and the wax easily peels off). High-quality canvas and the meticulous and delicate paraffin processing by Japanese craftsmen form the foundation of the third-generation Survive Seat. It boasts strong water repellency to withstand rain and splashes, and a texture that develops character with use (vintage feel). 【The pleasant feel of the fabric makes it easy for children to sit or lie down on.】
⛺Feature ④ Extremely lightweight 150 x 200cm size ● The 200cm width offers ample space and is the perfect size for various scenes and locations (ground style, storage, tarp, rain, wind, and sand protection, dew cover, etc.) (※Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the climate, humidity, and finish). Compared to the Survive Sheet, it is thinner but will not tear even when laid on soil or uneven ground and sat on, and the contact surface with your body will not hurt. Above all, its lightness is appealing to hikers, and when folded it measures approximately 22 x 29cm and weighs 1220g, making it a compact design that is easy to store in a backpack. When folded it can be used as a cushion, making it an all-purpose multi-sheet. Enjoy the unique texture that is unique to the third-generation Survive Sheet. ●Caution: Due to the nature of the fabric and processing, color transfer may occur.
