【Caution】 The powder coating is applied thickly to achieve a rich color. During this process, a fixture (a dedicated fixture for hanging during painting) is hooked into the peg hole for painting, leaving marks. However, this does not affect the performance of the product. You can easily correct this by inserting another peg into the peg hole. Your understanding is appreciated.

・These forged pegs are made by heating round steel material to approximately 1100°C until it is red-hot, then instantaneously crushing the cross-section into an elliptical shape with a force of about 1 ton. Applying strong pressure to the heated steel creates pegs with excellent strength. ・Regular round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use, but the elliptical pegs provide good penetration even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and fix firmly without spinning. ・The rope pull direction is also designed with a thicker material for superior strength and durability. ・The areas where the rope makes contact are rounded and trimmed to prevent the rope from being cut by sharp edges or burrs; meticulous attention is paid to detail. ・Are you frustrated by pegs blending into the grass or gravel and becoming hard to find? We intentionally added color to address this. A blue powder coating is applied over a cationic electrodeposition coating, which provides excellent rust resistance. The total length of 380mm is ideal for main poles.
