We work hard on the creation of each wooden case, from design to packaging and shipping to the customer. We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Poland and also search for in the farthest corners of the world. American walnut is found only in the Midwest and Northeast of the USA and Southeast of Canada. Commonly known worldwide as American walnut or black walnut, the American walnut is a fast-growing (annual growth up to 1.1 m), light- and space-loving tree that reaches a height of up to 25-30 m. The cylindrical trunk is usually regular, up to 15-18 m long and up to 1 m in diameter. Independently growing trees form huge, spherical crowns. American walnut wood, due to its decorative grain and noble, dark color, is primarily used for interior design elements such as furniture, parquet floors, and wall coverings. This wood also finds specific applications, such as instrument construction, rifle stocks, and decorative buttons. Due to its distinctive color, interesting grain, and excellent performance, American walnut is an extremely valued species of wood. Polycarbonate [used as the base/backing for our wood] – is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high stiffness, and thermal stability. It is odorless and has excellent impact resistance. It's matte and pleasant to the touch, making it the perfect finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly fit the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also very important. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy down to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, which is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing, and precisely gluing the wood are the result of hard work by our hands.
