Made in Poland We manufacture in Poland and we are proud of it! All wooden cases are made at our headquarters near Warsaw. We work hard on the creation of each wooden case, from design to packaging and shipping to the customer. We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Poland and also find in the farthest corners of the world. Smoked oak is a special variety of wood produced from trees or, less frequently, tall shrubs belonging to the beech family (Fagaceae D'umort). It includes approximately 200 species found mainly in the temperate zone of the Northern Hemisphere (including Poland) and in the high regions of the tropical zone. Oaks are famous for their large size; they are the thickest Polish trees, and their diameter can exceed 3 meters and reach heights of 25-35 meters. Oak wood is relatively heavy and hard, making it widely used in construction joinery and furniture. It is highly resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is typically yellowish-brown in color, with a clearly defined structure and characteristic oak knots. Smoked oak, on the other hand, acquires a unique dark color through a long and extremely precise thermal treatment process—smoking. The richness of the grain, enhanced by smoking, reacts to light in a unique way, changing color depending on the angle of incidence. All this will cause our case to change before our eyes, depending on the viewing angle. Polycarbonate [used as the base/backing for our wood] —is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high rigidity, and form constancy under the influence of temperature. It is odorless. It is characterized by excellent impact resistance. Its matte finish and pleasant to the touch make it a perfect finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly fit the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also very important. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy down to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, which is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing, and precisely gluing the wood are the result of hard work by our hands.
