We work hard on the creation of each wooden case, from design to packaging and shipping to the customer. We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We craft them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Poland and also find in the farthest corners of the world.Ziricote (Cordia dodecandra) is one of the most beautiful and exotic woods due to its color and rich grain. It is a hard and very durable wood. Ziricote is also characterized by an interesting grain, a beautiful deep brown color that fades to gold or even red, and a characteristic, irregular texture. Ziricote is sourced primarily from Central America, with Mexico considered its homeland. It is a very expensive wood – due to its rarity, very limited licenses are issued each year to allow its logging. Ziricote is used to make exclusive instruments, sculptures, and artistic woodwork. It is a very easy wood to work with. Planed surfaces are smooth and have a beautiful, intense shine.Polycarbonate [used as the base/underside for our wood] – is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high rigidity, and form stability under the influence of temperature. It is odorless. It is characterized by excellent impact resistance. It is matte and pleasant to the touch, making it an excellent finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly fit the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also very important. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy down to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, something that is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing, and precisely gluing the wood are the result of hard work by our hands. We give our hearts to each of our wooden cases!
