The Meditation Chime is an instrument that can be hung from the upper aluminum ring or held in one hand while playing. When ringing the chime, lightly tilt the lower cord sideways to control the sound. You can change the number of sounds by moving the adjustable clip below the pendulum up and down (the higher the pendulum, the fewer strikes), or completely stop it by positioning the pendulum at the top.
