CEREMONY (Aladin)

I give the Album 5 stars because it arrived well and with the POB and a PC courtesy of Record Planet. BUT they took more than 1 month to ship it when I pre-ordered it months before the comeback, I tried to contact the seller and joom and they only said "there is no stock in the warehouse". Then what do I reserve it for if I'm going to be left without it?. The truth is the customer service is terrible.

annoyed because they sent me the wrong version. I ordered the ceremony (blue) and they sent me the white version when I'm specifically looking to collect photocards from the blue version. Oversight of the seller. If I just wanted a random album, I wouldn't mind but that's not the case — I was expecting the blue one.

The wait before shipping was veeery long, almost 1 month after the comeback 😮‍💨 But after shipping it was fast, less than 2 weeks before delivery. Everything arrived in good condition, complete and with little freebies 😊 Pre-order on August 7 / shipping around September 19/20 / reception on October 4

Was happy to receive my albums in perfect condition 💙 Although I always order from records planet, this is THE FIRST TIME i had to wait for this long... Just got mine today. The wait surprised me, but it was genuinely so worth it bc I'm the happiest with my pulls. Got my bias twice. Thank you as always.
